This is one of my favorite Pokemon characters, Snorlax. It's funny and would make a cute little cross stitch. These pixel sprites make really good patterns when you know what you're doing. :]

If you clean up your .gif images, (filling transparent backgrounds with white, etc) you can really get a good, crisp cross stitch pattern! Smaller .gifs work best, pixel-for-stitch!

Again it unfortunately suffers from the blurriness that pops up with drawings/illustrations... If anyone has any ideas about how to fix the blurring issues, I'd love to hear them...

Yea, unfortunately drawings get blurry when they're shrunk to the size used in cross stitches. I keep trying to find a better way of shrinking the images so that the patterns come out clearer, but unfortunately I haven't found a good way yet. Thanks for sharing though!

Hamtaro, the adorable hamster from the children's Japanese anime of the same name.
It looks nice, but I always suggest manually touching up the pixels when dealing with small illustrations, so that the stitches and lines in the illustration are well defined.
