Overall it looks pretty good, but could probably use a few touch-ups where the hands meet the apple. It's probably just easiest to correct this in the pattern, rather than editing the image.

These wonderful woman's eyes are watching out from your monitor. I like it very much.
I think the pattern turned out great, thanks for sharing! The two tone effect of blue in the eyes adds a very nice look, and the sparkle in the eyes comes out looking great. If I had to guess, I would suspect that the the image was inspired by the Dune series by Frank Herbert. Incidentally, it is one of my favorite science fiction books, and the Sci-Fi miniseries was well done and stayed fairly true to the book. If you haven't read the book, I highly recommend it.
